Why Stoneward exists
Most facility managers we meet don’t have a cleaning problem. They have an accountability problem: rotating crews, missed basics, and a vendor who only shows up when the invoice does. Stoneward was built to fix that.
Who’s behind it
Jacques Bailey founded Stoneward after 17 years leading sales and service organizations in financial services, including nearly 14 years at American Express, where he rose from training coach to executive director. His teams’ job was to make sure demanding clients never had to chase anyone. That operating discipline is what Stoneward sells.
