Stoneward Facility Services

How we run your building

The same discipline the best service companies use with their largest clients, applied to every building we clean, from a 3,000 square foot practice to a multi-tenant portfolio.

The Stoneward Standard

Six commitments every client gets in writing. They’re in your service agreement, not just on this page.

1Written scope

Every room, every task, every frequency, agreed in writing before the first night. If it isn’t in the scope, it isn’t assumed.

2Assigned crew

The same people in your building, trained on your checklist. Keys and alarm codes are logged and controlled.

3Measured monthly

We inspect and score every area of your building each month and send you the report, with any follow-ups already scheduled.

4Reviewed quarterly

A short business review each quarter: scores, issues, changes to scope, and what we’ll do better.

5Made right fast

Tell us something was missed and it’s fixed within 24 hours at no charge.

6Easy to leave

No long-term lock-in. 30 days’ notice ends the agreement. We plan to keep you by earning it.
